Lebanon Chiropractic Clinics Dr Khalil E. Badaoui

Stay healthier, live longer

Four disciplines. One practitioner. Two clinics.

Dr Khalil E. Badaoui is a Doctor of Chiropractic who is also a spine specialist, a sports doctor and a nutritionist, and who teaches health sciences at university level. Most spinal complaints are not only a spinal problem. Being able to examine, adjust, prescribe the rehabilitation and correct the nutrition in the same room is the difference.

What is different here

The same person examines, adjusts, rehabilitates and feeds you

A back that keeps going out is rarely just a back. It is often a training error, a desk, an old injury the other side is compensating for, or a diet that is not supporting repair. Sending that between four practitioners loses the thread. Here it does not leave the room.

01

Chiropractic

Examination, spinal and joint assessment, and adjustment. Findings are explained to you before anything is done.

02

Spine

Review of existing X-rays and MRI, posture and alignment assessment, and a clear answer on whether chiropractic is the right tool for your case.

03

Sport

Injury assessment and rehabilitation programming, built on a background in exercise biomechanics and kinesiology.

04

Nutrition

Nutritional counselling from a Master's in sports nutrition and health science, aimed at recovery, inflammation and weight load on the spine.

There is no effect without a cause. Chiropractors adjust causes. Others treat effects. B.J. Palmer

What people come in with

Common reasons for a first visit

If your complaint is not on this list, that is not a reason to stay away. It is a reason to call and ask. Part of the job is telling you honestly when chiropractic is not the right answer and where to go instead.

  • Neck pain and stiffness
  • Low back pain
  • Sciatica
  • Headaches from the neck
  • Shoulder, hip and knee complaints
  • Desk and driving posture strain
  • Sports injuries
  • Back pain in pregnancy
  • Scoliosis assessment
  • Recurring strain that keeps returning

Your first visit

What actually happens

  • History and examination. What hurts, when it started, what you do all day, and what has already been tried. Bring any X-rays, MRI or scan reports you have.
  • The findings, explained. You are told what was found and what it means before anything is adjusted.
  • Adjustment and plan. Treatment where it is appropriate, plus the exercise and nutrition side, and an honest estimate of how much care your case needs.

Chiropractic here is drug-free and non-surgical. Where a case needs imaging, a specialist or a surgeon, you will be told so and referred.

Two clinics

Gemmayzeh in Beirut, and Jounieh

One practitioner, two rooms, on opposite sides of the bay. Check the panel at the top of this page before you set off: it knows which clinic is open right now.

Emergency line

For emergencies only, there is a direct number. It is not for booking, and it is not a substitute for an ambulance or a hospital: if you have chest pain, a head injury, sudden weakness in a limb, or loss of bladder control, go to an emergency department first.

If yours is not here, ask on the phone. You will speak to the clinic, not to a call centre.
